AAHouse came into being to supplement the small number of builders in Pembrokeshire who fully understand timber frame construction. We work closely with clients, via Argent Architects, to tease out unique needs and preferences, and then create individually tailored homes. AA are particularly interested in (though not wedded to) post and beam technology for its sustainability and economy. The timber structure, when clearly expressed sets rhythm and human scale. It is also flexible, offering endless design possibilities.

MEZZANINE STUDIO HOUSE
Our 3 bedroom MEZZANINE STUDIO HOUSE (designed by Argent Architects) is Registered Design (IPO nos. 6295081 and 6304502): the product of a long journey to design a super contemporary home that encourages interactivity and healthy inside / outside living. Priorities: arrangement, order, utility,, and ECONOMY (to loosely paraphrase Vitruvius..). Designed for rapid assembly on-site using high quality standard components, it achieves exhilarating interactive spaces (compare this with off-site construction from container size modules .. ultimately a collection of boxes).
